N.B. Landlords - It is a legal requirement that gas appliances and fittings in rented accommodation must be checked for safety at intervals of not more than 12 months. Failure to comply with annual landlord safety inspection invalidates building insurance cover.

• Plumbing: gas / water leaks located and repaired onsite, DIY disaster rectifications eg. damaged copper / lead / plastic and nominal-bore steel (~up to 2inch bore) tubing can be repaired or installed by us. 
• Heating: Problematic systems repaired, chemical cleaning/ protection and flushing service (non- powerflush method),  health-check on boiler (official corgi documentation supplied).
• Bathrooms: toilet, basin and bathtub, taps etc. supplied by customer, installed in existing location, subject to visual estimation/survey.
• Servicing: Condensing / combi-boiler service £70, Back-boiler service £85, Gas Fire service £60.     
• Installations: Fixed price installations.
• Fault Finding: £50 for first hour call-out (minimum charge one hour) to cover travel expenses and professional diagnosis. Fault always traced within first hour.
• Repairs: £45/hr excluding materials, sundries etc.
• Maintenance: £45/hr, diagnostic work will be charged for.
• Gas Cooker Installs: £55, Gas Hob fitted or swapped over £70 (incl. 1m of plumbing only).
